New PAMPA version, update result/details pages

New PAMPA version integrating a JSON file in the --web option (easier to
extract).

Updates on the result page :
  - data extracted from JSON
  - result table structure

Updates on the details page :
  - data extracted from JSON
  - peak assigned table
  - spectrum visualization using BOKEH library
  - now supports multiple assignments

Bug fixes
