All headers are now in a single file "header.php" and included via php
or direct read in Python.

Details pages are now specific of each spectra (no collision risk).

Fix of the example_1 details pages.

Formular placeholders are corrected and taxonomic group options for which we do
not have data (reptiles, fishes, birds) are in comments.

Large number of assignments do not cause issues.

PAMPA software is not anymore in the Git repo.
